Experience
Captain Chuck Fidler, USN (Retired) is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Holistic Analysis and Solutions LLC (Holistic).
Prior to co-founding Holistic, Captain Fidler served as the Technical Director and Task Order Manager of ManTech's Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Chief Systems Engineer. He also served as the Chief Systems Engineer of ManTech's Systems Engineering Support Program (SESP) contract supporting the DHS Domestic Nuclear Detection Office.​ Earlier in his career, Captain Fidler was the Maintenance Manager at the NPPD Cooper Nuclear Station, where he completed a Senior Reactor Operator Certification, and Senior Engineer and Project Manager at ABB Impell Corporation/VECTRA Technologies, Inc.

​Captain Fidler started his professional life as a Nuclear Qualified Surface Warfare Officer before transitioning to the Navy Reserve and becoming an Engineering Duty Officer. In the Navy Reserve, Captain Fidler completed several commanding officer tours, was recalled to active duty for 5 years following 9/11, and retired after 30 years following a final tour as the Director of the 2,500-person Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Reserve Program.
Captain Fidler is also an instructor and advisor for Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering, Engineering Programs for Professionals, Systems Engineering Program, developing and teaching graduate-level courses in systems engineering, system design and integration, and test and evaluation.
Education
Captain Fidler is a graduate of the Navy Nuclear Power School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from John Hopkins University.

He is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Project Management Professional.
